Police is chasing the most fined man in Finland, Pete Maakkonen, the president of the Finland's better than average drivers association. Maakkonen also runs over Pöysti who finds strange lump in his back after. Neponen forces Pöysti to visit a doctor and the lump turns out to be his encapsulated brother.
